摘 要:保密工作是国家重大事务决策正常进行和顺利实施的重要保证,也是企业正常经营的重要保障。如果没有科学有效的评估系统,不仅不利于保密工作的开展,而且可能造成机密外泄。现有的评估系统大多使用人工评价防护方法,易造成涉密场所内干扰信号的屏蔽死角而形成安全隐患。此外,该方法缺乏规范性、科学性以及客观性,且准确率低,无法达到国家保密法和国家保密局出台的相关政策文件的要求。为解决干扰效能评估存在的问题,重点研究了便携式多模移动通信信号压制效能检测评估系统。Confidentiality work is an important guarantee for the normal implementation and smooth implementation of national major affairs decisions,and also an important guarantee for the normal operation of enterprises.If there is no scientific and effective evaluation system,it is not conducive to the development of confidentiality work,and may even cause the leakage of secrets.Most of the existing evaluation systems use the method of artificial evaluation and protection,which is easy to cause the shielding dead angle of interference signals in classified places and form security risks.It is lack of standardization,scientificity and objectivity,and has low accuracy,which can not meet the requirements of the state security law and the relevant policy documents issued by the state security bureau.In order to solve the problem of jamming effectiveness evaluation,this paper studies the portable multi-mode mobile communication signal suppression effectiveness detection and evaluation system.
