高山地区户外端子箱的环境控制及在线监测系统

摘　　要：高山地区户外端子箱运行时间较长,运行环境湿度较高,箱体存在凝露渗水现象,设备处于不健康运行状况。为此,在分析其原理、结构及运行方式后,经过长期探索和实践,桂林高山风电场提出了一种高山地区户外端子箱的环境控制及在线监测系统,采用半导体制冷型防凝露装置进行端子箱防潮控制,通过上传端子箱内的数据,实现端子箱温湿度数据的监测及分析,从而减少端子箱设备运维成本,保障设备的安全稳定运行。Outdoor terminal boxes in alpine areas have a long running time,high operating environment humidity,condensate seepage in the box,and equipment is in unhealthy health.To this end,after analyzing its principle,structure and operation mode,after long-term exploration and practice,Guilin alpine wind farm proposed an environmental control and online monitoring system of outdoor terminal boxes in alpine areas,using semiconductor refrigeration anti-condensation device for terminal box moisture control,by uploading the data in the terminal box,and then realize the monitoring and analysis of terminal box temperature and humidity data,reduce the cost of terminal box equipment operation and ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment.
