摘  要:简述某110 kV变电站站用交流电源失去和VRLA蓄电池发生断格的事件,分析该变电站蓄电池运维现状及措施,对该组断格蓄电池进行解体测试,从蓄电池电压、内阻、正极板厚度以及核对性放电试验等方面查找事件原因,并结合供电公司查找断格蓄电池方法,提出有效的预判措施。This paper briefly described an 110kV substation accident that AC power couldn’t supply and VRLA batteries just failed.The operation and maintenance status and measures of that substation batteries were analyzed,and some batteries disassembling tests were carried out,and this paper tried to explore the accident cause from the battery voltage,internal resistance,positive plate thickness,discharging test and so on.Combined with the method of searching broken cell battery,the effective prejudging measures are put forward.
