摘　　要：现代汽车制造业采用柔性生产方式,以实现品种多、批量小、交货期严格的订单式生产,使企业迅速准确地适应市场变化,增加企业竞争力。保证生产线高效运转的同时,大幅降低零件库存成本尤为重要,因此JIT生产方式在汽车制造企业中得到了广泛应用。Flexible production mode is used in modern automobile manufacturing industry to realize the order type production with many varieties,small batch and strict delivery time,so that the enterprises can adapt to the market changes quickly and accurately,and increase the competitiveness of the enterprises.It is very important to ensure the efficient operation of the production line and reduce the inventory cost of parts,so that JIT production mode is widely used in automobile manufacturing enterprises.
