摘 要:由于近几年工业生产制造行业一直处于高速发展状态,促使金属材料热处理越发频繁,这种趋势不仅会导致周围环境被污染,还会增加工业领域能源与电力的实际消耗。为了降低金属材料热处理带来的不利影响,本文站在新时期角度下表明金属材料热处理现状,继而对激光、化学及真空等金属材料热处理节能技术展开分析,并提出落实节能新技术的有效途径,以供参考。Due to the rapid development of industrial production and manufacturing industry in recent years,the heat treatment of metal materials becomes more and more frequent.This trend will not only lead to the pollution of the surrounding environment,but also increase the actual consumption of energy and power in the industrial field.In order to reduce the adverse effects of heat treatment of metal materials,this paper showed the current situation of heat treatment of metal materials from the perspective of new era,and then analyzed the energy-saving technologies of heat treatment of metal materials such as laser,chemistry and vacuum,and put forward effective ways to implement new energy-saving technologies,for reference.
