发电机定子铁心冲片涂漆工艺质量控制措施研究

摘　　要：发电机定子铁心冲片涂漆是保证冲片生产制造质量的关键环节,做好发电机定子铁心涂漆质量控制,确保涂漆工艺达到标准和要求,是生产制造合格冲片的前提。基于此,根据现有研究资料,结合在冲片生产加工中的经验,提出在过程控制中应注意的一些问题,以及相关工艺参数,并且需要按规定进行质量检查,以满足冲片涂漆质量标准。The painting of generator stator core lamination is the key link to ensure the quality of punching sheet production and manufacturing.To control the quality of generator stator core painting and ensure that the painting process meets the standards and requirements,is the premise of manufacturing qualified punching sheet.According to the existing research data,combined with some experience in the production and processing of punching sheet,this paper puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to in the process control,as well as the relevant process parameters,and needs to carry out quality inspection according to the regulations,so as to meet the quality standard of punching sheet painting.
