摘　　要：GEN3.5发动机缸体的Ⅱ、Ⅳ缸孔进行粗镗加工时出现定位检测报警问题,从不同的角度对问题产生的原因进行分析,并提出了切实可行的解决措施,对同类企业相同问题的解决具有一定的借鉴意义。Position detection alarm problem occurs when rough boring of II and IV cylinder hole of GEN3.5 engine block was processing.The article starts from different angles,analyzes the causes of the problem,and puts forward feasible solution measures,which has certain reference significance for solving the same problem of similar enterprises.
