摘　　要：发动机是一台汽车的心脏,为整台汽车的运行提供动力输出,发动机通过进气歧管吸入空气,与可燃气体在其内部发生燃烧产生动力,同时,发动机内部还分布有油道、水道,用来对发动机内零部件润滑和降温,进气歧管、燃烧室、油道、水道等均对密封性有严苛的要求,泄漏测试也因此成为发动机必须通过的测试环节,标准漏孔用来对泄漏测试设备进行标定,本文通过剖析皂膜流量计法校准标准漏孔在发动机制造中的应用,对业内人士在标准漏孔的校准方面具有参考意义。The engine is the heart of a car and provides power output for the operation of the entire car.The engine takes in air through the intake manifold and burns with combustible gas to generate power.At the same time,there are oil ducts.The water channel is used to lubricate and cool the internal parts of the engine.The intake manifold,combustion chamber,oil channel,water channel,etc.all have strict requirements for sealing.Therefore,the leakage test has become a test link that the engine must pass.The standard leakage hole is used to calibrate the leak test equipment.This article analyzes the application of the soap film flow meter method to calibrate the standard leak in the engine manufacturing,which has reference significance for the industry in the calibration of the standard leak.
