摘　　要：近几年二手车产业在我国不断发展,市场竞争越来越激烈,二手车的交易量在不断增加,相应的评估需求也是在不断增长的。但是传统评估的效率与范围仍然不能得到保证,所以需要一种能满足相应发展的评估方法。使用特征价格理论对二手车的评估,通过选择五大特征属性(行驶里程、维修次数、配置、发行年份和市场划分)对两大车型进行研究分析,使用MATLAB软件建立特征价格评估模型,并在建模后通过多元线性回归研究分析特征属性与估价的关系,形成以价格特征理论为主导的二手车评估模型,有利于二手车评估的规模化、效率化以及规范化,有着实际意义。In recent years,the second-hand car industry has continued to develop in our country,and the market competition has become increasingly fierce.The transaction volume of second-hand cars is increasing,and the corresponding evaluation needs are also increasing.However,the efficiency and scope of traditional evaluation cannot be guaranteed,so an evaluation method that can meet the corresponding development is needed.The paper uses characteristic price theory to evaluate second-hand cars,researches and analyzes the two major models by selecting five characteristic attributes(driving mileage,maintenance times,configuration,release year,and market division),uses MATLAB software to establish a characteristic price evaluation model,and builds the relationship between characteristic attributes and valuation through multiple linear regression research,forming a used car evaluation model dominated by price characteristic theory,which is beneficial to the scale,efficiency and standardization of used car evaluation,and has practical significance.
