摘　　要：燃油汽车生产过程中,作为汽车的发动机控制模块(ECM)和变速器控制模块(TCM),一般需要在生产过程前进行软件和配置的刷写,而EOLP设备采用与G2B系统以及生产管理系统同步连接的方式将每一辆车的ECM和TCM需要的数据精准的写入硬件模块,并打印生产标签,采用同步供货的方式实现精准化的ECM和TCM数据写入以及管理追溯功能。本文对EOLP设备工作原理及生产中应用进行介绍。In the production process of fuel vehicles,for the engine control module(ECM)and transmission control module(TCM)of the automobile,it is generally necessary to fl ash the software and confi guration before the production process.And the EOLP equipment is synchronized with the G2B system and the production management system writes accurately the data required by the ECM and TCM of each vehicle into the hardware module through the connection method,and prints the production label,and uses the method of synchronous supply to achieve precise ECM and TCM data writing and management traceability functions.This article introduces the working principle of EOLP equipment and its application in production.
