摘　　要：本文主要描述齿毂DNR中太阳轮座焊合件在未焊接或漏焊的情况下,由CVT变速箱关联到整车所表现出来的故障模式,以及太阳轮座焊合件在生产过程中的关键管控要点及如何有效识别方案。This article mainly describes the failure mode of the sun gear seat welded parts in the gear hub DNR without welding or missing welding,and the failure mode shown by the CVT transmission to the vehicle,and the key management and control points in the production process of the sun gear seat welded parts and how to eff ectively identify the plan.
