摘　　要：随着微车零部件质量管理的深入和客户要求的提高,各制造商均导入多种零部件质量管理方法。本文基于上汽通用五菱GMS的质量控制方法,初步建立了微车零部件质量风险量化评审体系(QFS),希望将微车零部件质量控制由检查把关型转变为制造过程预控管理,并在实际制造过程中加以应用。With the deepening of mini-cars parts quality management and improvement of customer's requirement,manufacturers import a variety of parts quality management methods.This article,based on the quality control method of the GMS of SGMW mini-cars parts quality quantitative risk evaluation system,established QFS,hoping to turn the mini-cars parts quality control from inspection checks into precontrol manufacturing process management,and applied in the actual manufacturing process.
