摘　　要：汽车车身漆膜的检测在汽车检测和二手车鉴定评估中的应用日益广泛,传统的方法可以通过对车身漆膜的目视观察辨别色差、橘皮纹理识辩观察以及使用膜厚仪检测车身涂膜的新旧。但是对于高水平的钣喷技师修复过的漆膜采用目视和使用膜厚仪检测基本辩别不出车身漆膜是否经过修复,因此必须采用先进的检测设备对车身涂膜是否经过修复进行检测。本文就如何使用“RapidMatch”X-5测色仪和其电源的维修维护给大家做个介绍。The detection of automobile body paint fi lm is increasingly widely used in automobile detection and second-hand car appraisal.The traditional methods can be used by visual observation of the body paint fi lm color diff erence,orange peel texture recognition observation and the use of fi lm thickness instrument to detect the new and old body paint fi lm.However,for the restored paint fi lm by a high-level net-shape injection technician,visual observation and fi lm thickness instrument are used to detect whether the body paint fi lm has been repaired.Therefore,advanced testing equipment must be used to detect whether the body paint fi lm has been repaired.This paper introduces how to use RapidMatch"X-5 colorimeter and its power supply maintenance.
