摘　　要：某6×4型半挂牵引车在使用不到3个月的时间里,多辆车出现排气后处理系统尿素结晶现象,造成发动机后处理系统故障灯常亮,出现发动机限扭情况。针对该问题提出了排气后处理系统优化改进方案,并对优化改进后的车辆进行了跟踪验证。试验结果表明,车辆排气后处理系统未再出现上述现象,用户反馈效果良好,从而验证了改进措施的可行性,对日后设计工作具有指导意义。A model of 6×4 truck tractor in the use of less than three months time,urea crystallization occurred with exhaust reprocessing system in many tractors,resulting in engine torque limitation.Aiming at this problem,the optimization and improvement scheme of exhaust reprocessing system is put forward,and the tractor verifi cation of the optimized and improved tractors have carried out.The test result show that exhaust reprocessing system of the vehicle has not been any such urea crystallization phenomenon,the user feedback eff ect is good,so as to verify the feasibility of the improvement measures,and has a guiding signifi cance for the future design work.
