摘　　要：汽车在行驶过程中,采取安全驾驶的操作技术,是提升道路畅通能力,保障人车安全,减少交通事故的重要手段,须具备突出的车辆安全控制意识和能力。在行驶安全的前提下,也要有效地落实各项科学化的汽车节油方法,在节油控制过程中,实现经济效益和社会效益。In the process of driving,the use of safe driving operation technology is an important means to improve the smoothness of roads,ensure the safety of people and vehicles,and reduce traffi c accidents.Drivers must have outstanding vehicle safety control awareness and capabilities.On the premise of safety,it is also necessary to eff ectively implement various scientifi c automobile fuel-saving methods,and realize economic and social benefi ts in the process of fuel-saving control.
