大城市中心区小学布局满意度提升规划策略

摘　　要：文章应用“城市人”理论,构建了“寻求使用者与服务者合理需求共识”的小学布局规划方法,并以武汉市为例,采用回归分析等方法辨识小学供需双方的满意度共识,验证基于供需匹配的小学最优服务半径范围,同时利用典型社区要素提取、对比和回归分析方法,通过人口密度、道路网密度和社区用地混合度等空间要素的优化,提出人居环境优化策略,以提升居民对小学布局的满意度,更好地匹配居民需求。Based on the method of"homo urbanicus",targeting at the consensus between users and the servers,this paper constructed a layout planning of primary school based on rational demand consensus.Taking Wuhan as an example,using regression analysis and other methods,it identifies the consensus of satisfaction between users and the servers,and verifies the rational service radius of primary school based on the supply and demand matching;By typical community factor extraction,comparison and regression analysis methods,through the establishment of reasonable population density,road network density,community land mix and other control indicators,it aims to improve the satisfaction of primary school layout that matches residents'needs.
