摘 要:管线内部的清洁状况对整个管线的输送效率和使用寿命有着较为显著的影响。管线试压结束后,仅依靠管线高差从低点排水今夕冲洗很难排尽内部杂质。针对不同系统的管道,合理选择最适当的清洁方式对管道投产意义重大。文章对各类常用管线清洁方式的适用条件、施工难度以及存在技术缺陷进行综合对比,为现场合理选择清洁方式提供参考依据。The cleanliness of the pipeline has a significant impact on the transportation efficiency and service life of the whole pipeline.After the pressure test of the pipeline,only rely on the elevation difference of the pipeline to drain from the low point.It is difficult to drain the internal impurities by flushing this evening.According to the pipeline of different systems,it is of great significance to select the most appropriate cleaning method for pipeline production.In this paper,the application conditions,construction difficulties and existing technical defects of various common pipeline cleaning methods are comprehensively compared to provide reference for reasonable selection of cleaning methods on site.
