中药材细辛的毒性研究评述

摘　　要：细辛是临床常用中药材之一,药效较好,但其存在一定毒性,可在一定程度上影响患者用药安全。该文通过阐述古今对细辛毒性的认知和细辛毒性相关实验研究,探讨细辛毒性定级、毒性预防和急救,为细辛临床合理应用提供依据。Asarum heterotropoides is one of the commonly used Chinese medicinal materials in clinical practice with good efficacy,but it has certain toxicity,which can affect the safety of patients’medication to a certain extent.This article described the ancient and modern cognition of Asarum heterotropoides toxicity and related experimental researches and discussed the toxicity grading,toxicity prevention and first aids in order to provide a basis for the rational clinical application of Asarum heterotropoides.
