摘  要:通过TC16钛合金紧固件冷镦成形实验,比较分析了不同变形量和不同工位冷镦后紧固件的表面成形质量与内部微观组织分布,并采用显微硬度计测试了紧固件的显微硬度。实验结果表明:紧固件头部压缩变形量为3 mm时,紧固件表面光洁,表面无明显损伤缺陷;紧固件头部压缩变形量为5 mm时,紧固件头部出现褶皱、飞边和裂纹。一次成形的紧固件宏观表面无明显缺陷,但微观上出现微孔洞和微裂纹,硬度显著提高,但分布不均匀,剪切带区微观组织最密且呈纤维状,硬度最大,平均值达到了344.98 HV0.2;然后是变形居中区,平均值是301.14 HV0.2;最小变形区硬度最小,平均值是290.88 HV0.2。2工位成形的紧固件微观组织均匀,硬度提高小于1工位,但是分布较均匀,剪切区硬度为316.66 HV0.2,变形居中区硬度为303.28 HV0.2,最小变形区硬度为289.1 HV0.2。3个区域硬度差值小,力学性能更加稳定。The surface forming quality and internal microstructure distribution of fastener after cold heading with different deformation amounts and different positions were compared and analysed by cold heading experiment of TC16 titanium alloy fastener,and the microhardness of fastener was tested by microhardness tester.The experimental results show that when the compression deformation of the fastener head is 3 mm,the fastener surface is smooth and free of obvious damage defects;when the compression deformation of fastener head is 5 mm,there are wrinkles,flash and cracks on fastener head.There are no obvious defects on the macroscopic surface of one-time formed fastener,but micro holes and micro cracks appear on the microcosmic surface.The hardness increases greatly,but the distribution is not uniform.The microstructure of the shear zone is the most dense and fibrous.The hardness is the highest with an average value of344.98 HV0.2;the second is the middle deformation zone with an average value of 301.14 HV0.2;the hardness of the minimum deformation zone is the smallest with an average value of 290.88 HV0.2.The microstructure of the fastener formed in two positions is uniform,the hardness is improved less than that in one position,but the distribution is more uniform,and the hardness of shear zone is 316.66 HV0.2,the hardness of middle deformation zone is 303.28 HV0.2 and the hardness of minimum deformation zone is 289.1 HV0.2.The hardness difference between the three zones is small,and the mechanical properties are more stable.
