摘  要:通过在Gleeble-3500热模拟实验机上进行压缩实验,研究了超细晶纯钛在温度为250、350、400和450℃,应变速率为10^-4、10^-2和1 s^-1时的变形行为,并利用基于Murty判据建立的热加工图确定了最佳变形区域和失稳区域。利用透射电子显微镜观察压缩后的微观组织形貌。实验结果表明:在该实验条件下,流动应力在较高温度和低应变速率(T≥400℃、ε·≤10^-2)条件下表现为典型的动态回复曲线;在低温和高应变速率(T≤350℃、ε·>10^-2)条件下,出现明显的单峰值应力,是典型动态再结晶曲线,但当应变约大于0.5后发生二次硬化。随着应变的增加,稳定区域的面积增大。在应变为0.69时,最佳变形区域为410~440℃、10^-4~10^-3.75s^-1区域,主要发生动态回复行为。The deformation behavior of ultrafine grained pure titanium at 250,350,400 and 450℃,strain rate of 10^-4,10^-2 and 1 s^-1 was studied by compression experiment on Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator.The optimal deformation region and instability region were determined by the hot processing map established based on Murty criterion.The microstructure morphology after compression was observed by transmission electron microscope.The experimental results show that under the experimental conditions,the flow stress shows a typical dynamic recovery curve at high temperature and low strain rate(T≥400℃,ε·≤10^-2);at low temperature and high strain rate(T≤350℃,ε·>10^-2),a significant single peak stress occurs,which is a typical dynamic recrystallization curve,but secondary hardening occurs when the strain is higher than about 0.5.As the strain increases,the area of the stable region increases.When the strain is 0.69,the optimal deformation region is temperature of 410^-440℃,strain rate of 10^-4-10^-3.75 s^-1,and the dynamic recovery behavior mainly occurs.
