摘　　要：鉴于石化企业应用环境的特殊性,其设备运行的安全、稳定尤为重要。针对某石化企业的应用需求,开发一套采用丙烯为制冷剂的螺杆式制冷机组,介绍制冷剂的选择,以及压缩机和电机选型、仪器仪表的可靠性设计、丙烯排放设计、蒸发器的稳定性设计、防爆设计、密封元件的选型、自动保护系统设计等。In view of the specific characteristic of application environment in petrochemical enterprises,the safety and stability of equipment operation are particularly important.A set of screw refrigeration unit with propylene as refrigerant is developed to meet the application requirements of a petrochemical enterprise.The selection of refrigerant,compressor and motor selection,reliability design of instrument,design of propylene discharge,stability design of evaporator,explosion-proof design,selection of sealing elements,design of automatic protection system are introduced.
