摘　　要：为了解决制造供应链面临的质量追溯链条断裂、企业间透明度低、责任方私自篡改数据等问题,提出了一种基于联盟区块链的质量追溯方案。将质量追溯过程中所需的质量数据加密存储在星际文件系统(IPFS)中,并把返回的文件hash地址和密钥存储在联盟区块链中,同时利用Shamir密钥共享算法来对密钥进行处理,达到对质量数据进行访问控制的目的。以某手机供应链产品质量追溯为例,对方案的可行性进行验证,结果表明所提方案利用区块链和IPFS技术能够在制造供应链企业之间建立一个可信可供的数据共享桥梁,方便企业进行供应链内的产品质量追溯,同时也解决了区块链存储数据量较小的问题。In order to solve the problems faced by manufacturing supply chain,such as quality traceability chain fracture,low transparency between enterprises,and the responsible party tampering with data,this paper proposes a quality data sharing scheme for enterprises in supply chain based on the technology of alliance blockchain and interplanetary file system(IPFS).This solution encrypts and stores the quality data required in the quality traceability process in the IPFS distributed file system,and store hash address and decryption key of the quality data file in the alliance blockchain.At the same time,Shamir key sharing algorithm is used to handle the key,so as to control the access of quality data.Finally,take the quality traceability of a mobile phone supply chain as an example to verify the effectiveness of the program.The results show that this scheme uses blockchain and IPFS technology to establish a credible and available data sharing bridge between manufacturing supply chain companies,which is convenient for enterprises to carry out product quality traceability within the supply chain,and it solves the problem of small amount of data stored in blockchain.
