摘  要:针对未来打印机小型化、便携化的发展趋势,为满足人们高效率、快节奏的办公需求,设计了整机可在纸张上边移动边打印的可移动式打印机器人。设计打破了传统打印机机体固定纸张移动的打印理念,提出了"机动纸不动"的打印方式,采用了以STM32为主控芯片的下位机控制系统和LabVIEW编写的上位机软件界面。其兼顾了体积小巧和低功耗的特点,可随身携带,能够满足用户即时的打印需求。经实验测试可移动式打印机器人,各项性能指标均可达到预期效果,上位机软件测试正常,下位机系统稳定可靠,打印字迹清晰,整机运行平稳。Aiming at the development trend of miniaturization and portability of printers in the futureand satisfying people′s high efficiency and fast pace office,this design breaks the traditional concept and puts forward the printing mode of"machine moving paper not moving".The guest computer system uses STM32 as the main control chip,the host computer software is written by LabVIEW.The printing robot has the characteristics of small size and low power consumption.It can be carried around and used at any time.The performance of mobile printing robot is tested by experiments,All the indexes can achieve the expected results,the host computer software test is normal,the guest computer system is stable and reliable,the printing is clear,and the whole machine runs smoothly.
