摘  要:随着基于北斗短报文的气象信息服务业务的深入,文字信息存在的缺点制约着业务的发展。为了解决这个问题,通过分析北斗船载终端和北斗卫星传输的相关指标和技术方法,解决图形气象数据的在北斗系统中传输和绘制等技术问题,并设计了北斗船载终端可视化气象预警系统,实现了台风、海上预警等气象数据在北斗船载终端上图形化展示,有效地提升了海洋气象服务能力。With the deepening of the meteorological information service business based on the Beidou short message,the shortcomings of the text information restrict the development of the business.In order to solve this problem,by analyzing the relevant indicators and technical methods of Beidou shipborne terminal and Beidou satellite transmission,the technical problems of the transmission and drawing of graphical meteorological data in Beidou systemwere solved,and the visual weather warning system of Beidou shipboard terminal was designed to achieve typhoon,Meteorological data such as maritime warnings are displayed graphically on the Beidou shipboard terminal,which effectively improves the capacity of marine meteorological services.
