摘  要:光伏压延薄玻璃作为保护电池片的重要配件,抗冲击性能是衡量其钢化质量的重要指标之一。通过采用落球试验、波形度、弯曲度、应力、玻璃条纹图像检测,研究了不同钢化工艺和不同原片对2.5 mm光伏压延玻璃抗冲击性能的影响。发现波形度不超标的情况下加热时间越长抗冲击性能越好;山形高温曲线抗冲击性能较好,但稳定性较差;波形度不超标的情况下温度越高抗冲击性能越好;玻璃间距对抗冲击性能影响较小;二次钢化抗冲击性能优于一次钢化;出炉速度对抗冲击性能影响较小;风压对抗冲击性能影响较大;原片条纹越少抗冲击性能越好。通过以上研究,丰富了光伏薄玻璃的钢化知识,对企业的生产有一定的指导意义。Photovoltaic rolled thin glass is an important accessory for protecting cells,and its impact resistance is one of the important indicators to measure its toughening quality.The drop ball test,undulation,bending,stress,and glass fringe image detection are used to study the impact of different tempering processes and different original sheets on the impact resistance of 2.5 mm photovoltaic rolled glass.It is found that the longer the heating time,the better the impact resistance performance.when the waveform does not exceed the standard,the mountain-shaped high-temperature curve has better impact resistance,but the stability is poor.when the waveform does not exceed the standard,the higher the temperature,the better the impact resistance.Spacing has less impact on impact resistance,secondary tempering has better impact resistance than primary tempering.furnace tapping speed has less impact on impact resistance,wind pressure has a greater impact on impact resistance,the fewer original strips,the better the impact resistance.Through the above research,the knowledge of tempering of photovoltaic thin glass has been enriched,which has certain guiding significance for the production of enterprises.
