摘  要:简要介绍了KM5Q两段式发生炉热煤气站工业化系统的基本情况,并对其终端煤气当量热值和系统有效能源利用效率进行了计算和说明。通过对比KM5Q两段炉热煤气站与3Q两段炉热煤气站,说明前者的终端煤气当量热值高于后者,指出KM5Q两段炉热煤气站在玻璃熔窑中的应用效果要优于3Q两段炉热煤气站。同时指出:采取充分回收利用系统清理出的焦粉和焦油的措施和强化保温效果,以提高终端煤气温度的措施,都可以有效提高系统的能源利用效率。Briefly introduced the basic situation of the industrialization system of the KM5Q double-stage coal gasifier hot gas station,and calculates and explains the terminal gas equivalent calorific value and the effective energy utilization efficiency of the system.A comparison between KM5Q double-stage coal gasifier hot gas station and 3Q double-stage coal gasifier hot gas station shows that the terminal gas equivalent calorific value of the former is higher than that of the latter.It is pointed out that the application effect of KM5Q double-stage coal gasifier hot gas station in glass melting furnace is better than 3Q doublestage coal gasifier hot gas station.At the same time,it was pointed out that the measures to fully recycle the coke powder and tar removed by the system,and the measures to strengthen the heat preservation effect to increase the temperature of the terminal gas can effectively improve the energy efficiency of the system.
