葆宫止血颗粒治疗药物流产后持续阴道出血的效果

摘　　要：目的观察葆宫止血颗粒治疗药物流产后持续阴道出血的效果。方法选取本院收治的药物流产后持续阴道出血患者120例,分为治疗组和常规组,每组60例。常规组给予米索前列醇,治疗组在常规组基础上给予葆宫止血颗粒口服。比较2组治疗后的各项指标。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为95.00%,高于常规组的81.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的血清孕激素(P)水平与绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)水平低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的残留组织排出体外时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组阴道持续出血改善情况优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药物流产后持续阴道出血患者应用葆宫止血颗粒的止血效果较好,有效促进了宫腔内的残留组织排出体外,患者子宫内膜也得到了较好修复。Objective To observe the effect of Baogong Zhixue Granules on persistent vaginal bleeding after drug-induced abortion.Methods Totally 120 patients with persistent vaginal bleeding after drug-induced abortion were selected and divided into treatment group and routine group,with 60 cases in each group.The routine group was given misoprostol,and the treatment group was given Baogong Zhixue Granules for oral administration on the basis of the routine group.The indexes after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 81.67%in the routine group(P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the serum progesterone(P)and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)levels in the treatment group were significantly lower(P<0.05).The excretion time of residual tissue in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Improvement of persistent vaginal bleeding in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baogong Zhixue Granules is effective in treating patients with persistent vaginal bleeding after drug-induced abortion,which can accelerate the excretion of residual tissues in the uterine cavity and repair the endometrium.
