摘 要:基于GIS信息管理平台,采用C/S模式,构建了一体化的洪水预报及防洪调度系统框架,提出了系统的总体功能、体系结构和功能模块设计方案。系统设置了基础数据管理、洪水预报和防洪调度等主要功能模块,通过集成方案实现了三大子系统的集成,并应用于大盈江流域,实现了大盈江洪水预报、防洪形势分析及调度方案的生成、仿真和比较,为大盈江防洪调度提供决策支持。A flood forecasting and flood regulating system framework was designed in C/S mode based on GIS infor⁃mation management platform.The design scheme of overall system function,architecture and functional module were proposed.The major function modules such as basic data management,flood forecasting and flood regulating were set and integrated.The system design scheme was applied to the Da-ying river basin.The flood forecasting and flood dispatching system for Da-ying river basin was constructed with which flood forecasting,flood control situation analysis,flood dispatching scheme generation,simulation and comparation can be realized and generated to provide efficient decision support for Da-ying river basin flood control.
