摘 要:火电厂风机作为电站的主要辅机之一,其是否正常安全运行直接影响着电站的经济情况和电站的正常工作运转。但是国内相关监测技术和故障诊断仪器不够先进,只是停滞在固定时间的巡回监测,停机维修及后续状况分析等低层阶段,因此,在实际生活中常常会面临风机检测时间还未到但风机却发生故障,造成停运等情况,给企业造成严重损失。基于此,提升对风机故障系统的诊断显得很重要。As one of the main auxiliary equipment in power plant,the normal and safe operation of fan directly affects the economic situation and normal operation of power station.However,the relevant monitoring technology and fault diagnosis instruments in China are not advanced enough,and they are only stuck in the low-level stage of fixed time patrol monitoring,shutdown maintenance and follow-up status analysis.Therefore,in real life,it is often faced with fan detection time has not yet arrived,but the fan fails,resulting in shutdown and other situations,causing serious losses to enterprises.Based on this,it is very important to improve the diagnosis of fan fault system.
