摘 要:对装备指标非显著性检验问题进行了研究,提出了基于控制犯第Ⅱ类错误的概率装备指标检验方法。以两类错误之间的内在逻辑关系为依据,将由犯第Ⅱ类错误的概率决定的非显著性检验问题,转化为由犯第Ⅰ类错误的概率决定的显著性检验问题。通过求解显著性检验问题的拒绝域,得到相应的非显著性检验问题的接受域,从而解决了通过控制犯第Ⅱ类错误的概率进行装备指标检验的问题。与主要考虑研制方要求的显著性检验相比,方法主要考虑了使用方的要求,两种方法结合使用能够使装备假设检验更加客观合理。The non-significance test of equipment index is studied in this paper.A method of equipment index testing based on controlling the probability of making type Ⅱ error is proposed.With internal logic relations between the two types of errors as the basis,the non-significance test problem determined by the probability of making a type Ⅱ error is transformed into a significance test problem determined by the probability of making a type Ⅰ error.By solving the rejection region of the significance testing problem,the corresponding acceptance region of the non-significance testing problem is obtained.Thus,the problem of equipment index testing by controlling the probability of making type Ⅱ error is solved.Compared with the significance test which mainly considers the requirements of the provider,the method mainly considers the requirements of the user.The two methods are used in combination can make the equipment hypothesis test more objective and reasonable.
