汉语国际教育专业应用型人才培养途径研究——以河北北方学院为例

摘　　要：汉语国际教育专业人才培养普遍存在专业定位模糊、实训课程比例不足以及教学能力薄弱等问题。河北北方学院在向应用型大学转型的大背景下,遵循规范性、区域性和应用性原则,通过建立层级化培养目标、创建多样化培养模式、优化专业课程设置、加强网络教学平台建设、搭建多元化实践平台、增加实习机会以及提升教师教学素质等方式,优化实践教学体系,创建汉语国际教育专业应用型人才培养途径。The unclear specialty orientation,the insufficient practical training courses and the inadequate teaching capability are the problems in the cultivation of applied talents of international education of Chinese.Taking Hebei North University as an example,the study analyses the ways of the cultivation of applied talents of International Education of Chinese,namely establishing hierarchical training objectives,creating diversified training models,optimizing the professional curriculum,strengthening the construction of network teaching platforms,building diversified practice platforms,speeding up the construction of practice bases,and improving the capability of teachers.
