松针与苜蓿混合青贮对育肥羔羊血液生化指标和日粮养分消化率的影响

摘　　要：为测定松针与苜蓿混合青贮对羔羊的血液生化指标和日粮养分消化率的影响,本试验选择50只体重相近的哈萨克公羔羊,随机分为5组,各组饲喂日粮精粗比为50︰50,混合青贮饲料占粗饲料的70%。松针在混合青贮(鲜重基础)中的比例分别为0(试验Ⅰ组)、5%(试验Ⅱ组)、10%(试验Ⅲ组)、20%(试验Ⅳ组)、30%(试验Ⅴ组)。结果表明:(1)不同比例松针和苜蓿混合青贮的日粮对育肥羔羊的血清总蛋白、白蛋白、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、肌酐、尿素氮含量,以及血液血红蛋白含量没有显著影响(P>0.05)。(2)羔羊日粮干物质、粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的消化率随着混合青贮中松针水平的提高而逐渐降低。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组间日粮干物质、粗蛋白质和中性洗涤纤维消化率无显著差异(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组日粮干物质消化率和中性洗涤纤维消化率显著高于试验Ⅴ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组日粮粗蛋白质消化率显著高于试验Ⅴ组(P<0.05);。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组间酸性洗涤纤维消化率无显著差异(P>0.05),试验Ⅰ组显著高于Ⅳ、Ⅴ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。各组间育肥羔羊日粮钙、磷消化率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果提示,在本试验条件下,饲喂松针与苜蓿混合青贮对羔羊的血液生化指标无影响,饲喂30%松针与苜蓿混合青贮可显著降低羔羊日粮养分消化率。To evaluate the effects of pine needles and alfalfa mixed silage on blood biochemical indexes and nutrient digestibility of lambs of lambs,fifty Kazakh male lambs with similar body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups.Lambs were fed diets with a 50︰50 concentrate to roughage ratio,mixed silage was 70%in roughage feed(dry matter basis).The percentage of pine needles in mixed silage(fresh matter basis)were 0%(groupⅠ),5%(groupⅡ),10%(groupⅢ),20%(groupⅥ),30%(groupⅤ),respectively.Results showed as follows:(1)there were no significant effects on the contents of serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),aspartate transaminase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),creatinine(CRE),urea nitrogen(UN)and blood hemoglobin(HB)of lambs fed diets with different ratio of pine needles and alfalfa mixed silage(P>0.05).(2)With the increasing ratio of pine needles in mixed silage,digestibility of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)of were gradually decreased.Digestibility of DM,CP,and NDF in groupⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳshowed no significant difference(P>0.05).Digestibility of DM in groupsⅠ、Ⅱwere significantly higher than groupⅤ(P<0.05),digestibility of CP in groupsⅠwas significantly higher than that of groupⅤ(P<0.05),digestibility of NDF in groupsⅠ、Ⅱwere significantly higher than groupⅤ(P<0.05).Digestibility of ADF in groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲshowed no significant difference(P>0.05),digestibility of ADF in groupsⅠwas significantly higher than groupⅣ,Ⅴ(P<0.05),with digestibility of ADF in groupsⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴby no significant difference(P>0.05).Digestibility of Calcium(Ca)and phosphorus(P)were not affected by addition ratio of pine needles in mixed silage(P>0.05).In conclusion,under the experiment conditions,there were no significant effects on blood biochemical parameters of lambs fed diets with different ratio of pine needles and alfalfa mixed silage,however,the nutrient digestibility were significantly reduced by feeding 30%pine needles and alfalf
