摘  要:针对在飞行训练中,由于振动或复杂环境等因素导致的飞机电缆传输信号出现瞬断、瞬短等间歇性故障难以检测这一实际问题,在分析传统电缆短路、短路等硬故障检测方法的基础上,研究更加适用于飞机电缆的间歇性故障检测方法;并结合理论分析,进一步开展了基于SSTDR的飞机电缆故障检测与定位系统软硬件设计,给出了总体设计与主要模块设计方案,介绍了系统测试流程与部分人机交互界面,结合实际电缆测试实验,验证了系统检测方法的有效性,为解决飞机电缆间歇性故障检测问题提供了理论参考与技术支撑。In order to solve the practical problem that it is difficult to detect the intermittent fault of aircraft cable transmission signal caused by vibration or complex environment in flight training,a intermittent fault detection method which is more suitable for aircraft cable is proposed based on the analysis of traditional cable short circuit,short circuit and other hard fault detection methods.The software and hardware design of aircraft cable fault detection and location system based on SSTDR is carried out in further.The overall design and main module design scheme are given to introduce the system test process and part of humancomputer interaction interface.Combined with the actual cable test experiment,the design verifies the effectiveness of the system detection method,and provides theoretical reference and technical support for solving the problem of aircraft cable intermittent fault detection.
