摘 要:为了保证跑合监测系统能稳定工作,高性能的陀螺电源是不可缺少的供电设备。陀螺马达实质上是一种三相交流异步电机,所以需要设计出一种既是三相交流异步电机,同时又兼顾陀螺马达工作特点的专用电机,以使陀螺的转子运行稳定,且工作可靠。针对陀螺马达驱动系统的硬件电路进行了设计,设计了以微处理器STM32F103ZET6为核心的控制电路,及具有基于分流的直列式电机相电流检测的48 V三相逆变器评估模块为核心的功率驱动电路,采用PWM技术设计了基于STM32的智能控制系统。在软件设计中,采用STM32 C语言编写了控制程序,输出控制信号来控制三相逆变器,最终输出三相方波交流电,输出电压幅值在0~55 V内可调,UAB、UBC、UCA任意2项之差的绝对值小于0.5 V,三相线电压相位差120°,相位差误差小于0.3°,电源频率稳定度小于10-5,利用MATLAB/Simulink对SPWM的动压马达驱动系统进行了仿真,最终进行了系统调试和实验分析,结果表明,系统达到各项指标要求,具有良好并稳定的控制性能,可以应用于实际的动压气浮陀螺供电。In order to ensure the running in monitoring system can work stably,high-performance gyro power supply is an indispensable power supply equipment.Gyro motor is actually a kind of three-phase AC asynchronous motor,so we need to design a special motor which is not only a three-phase AC asynchronous motor,but also takes into account the working characteristics of gyro motor,so as to make the gyro rotor run stably and work reliably.The hardware circuit of gyro motor drive system is designed.The control circuit with microprocessor STM32 F103 ZET6 as the core and the power drive circuit with 48 V three-phase inverter evaluation module based on shunt in-line motor phase current detection as the core are designed.The intelligent control system based on STM32 is designed with PWM technology.In the software design,STM32 C language is used to write the control program,output the control signal to control the three-phase inverter,and finally output the three-phase sinusoidal alternating current,the output voltage amplitude is adjustable within 0~55 V,the absolute value of the difference between any two items of UAB,UBC and UCA is less than 0.5 V,the phase difference of the three-phase line electric voltage is 120°,the phase difference error is less than 0.3°,and the power frequency stability is less than 10-5.Finally,the system debugging and experimental analysis are carried out.The results show that the system meets the requirements of various indicators,has good and stable control performance,and can be applied to the actual dynamic air floating gyro power supply.
