摘  要:设计制作了一种能同时传输语音和监测温度的LED可见光传输系统。音频信号经过预处理电路后由A/D采样,与数字温度信号送入单片机经脉冲编码调制后采用时分复用方式通过白光LED发射。接收端采用PIN光电二极管将光信号转换成电流信号,通过放大整形,送入单片机进行解调,经D/A变换后还原音频信号和温度信息。利用正弦和方波信号测试了系统语音传输和温度监测功能,并对不同传输距离下的系统误码率和温度值进行了测试。测试结果表明当系统传输距离为1.5 m时,正弦和方波信号测试表明系统工作稳定正常,误差率低,温度误差不超过0.1°,在满足语音传输基本前提下,系统实际传输距离可达2.5 m。Designs and produces an LED visible light transmission system that can simultaneously transmit voice and temperature.The audio signal is sampled by A/D after pre-processing circuit,and sent to the single-chip microcomputer with the digital temperature signal.After pulse code modulation,time-division multiplexing is adopted to emit through white LED.At the receiver,a PIN photodiode is used to convert the optical signal into a current signal,which is amplified and shaped and sent to the single-chip microcomputer for demodulation,and the audio and temperature signal are restored after D/A conversion.The voice transmission and temperature monitoring functions of the system are tested with sine and square wave signals,and the system bit error rate and temperature value under different transmission distances are measured.The test results show that when the transmission distance of the system is 1.5 m,the sine and square wave signal test shows that the system works stably and normally,the error rate is low,and the temperature error does not exceed 0.1°.Under the premise of meeting the basic premise of voice transmission,the actual transmission distance of the system can reach 2.5 m.
