摘  要:针对适用于家庭呼吸监测的呼吸气流直接检测装置中使用的各种压力传感器的性能优劣等问题,设计了基于柔性基底的电阻和压电式压力传感器的比较实验,使用金属柔性应变片和聚偏氟乙烯柔性薄膜,搭建悬臂梁结构的实验装置,比较了上述2种小尺寸柔性压力传感器在检测人体呼吸频率准确性和识别不同呼吸气流程度上的性能优劣。结果表明2种传感器都能检测不同的呼吸频率与呼吸程度的气流,但压电式传感器在呼吸气流检测方面优于电阻式传感器,为家庭便携式呼吸信号检测装置的传感器选择提供了依据。In view of the performance of various pressure sensors used in the direct detection device of respiratory airflow suitable for household breath monitoring,designed a comparative experiment based on a flexible substrate resistance and piezoelectric pressure sensor,using metal flexible strain gauge and polyvinylidene fluoride flexible thin film,through constructing experiment device of cantilever beam structure to compare these two small size flexible pressure sensor based on the accuracy of detecting human respiration frequency and the performance off identifying different airflow degree.The results show that both sensors can detect airflow with different breathing frequencies and breathing levels,but piezoelectric sensors are superior to resistive sensors in breathing airflow detection,providing the basis for the sensor selection of domestic portable breath signal detecting device.
