摘  要:为模拟某飞行器前后舱信息交互,设计了基于PCI总线的测控等效器。该设备以FPGA为控制中心,通过PCI总线与上位机通信;设备分为前舱卡和后舱卡,前舱卡完成电压、电流采集,工作状态发送,开关量接收及PCM接收存储,后舱卡完成电压、电流采集,开关量及PCM发送;设备经过上位机的测试,两板通信正常,同时经过大量温度循环、高温老炼、随机振动等实验的测试,分析回读以后的PCM数据并未发现任何数据丢帧现象,同时存储功能正常,也符合所给任务要求。For simulating the interaction between the front and rear cabin of the aircraft, a measure and control equivalent device based on PCI bus is designed. With FPGA as the control center, the equipment communicates with the upper computer through the PCI bus, and is divided into forward and rear cabin cards. The rear cabin card completes voltage and current acquisition, switch and PCM transmission, the front cabin card completes voltage and current acquisition, work status transmission, switch receiving and PCM receiving and storage. After the testing of the upper computer, the communication between the two boards is normal. At the same time, after a large number of temperature cycles, high temperature aging, random vibration and other experimental tests, the PCM data after analysis and readback did not find any data frame loss, and the storage function was normal, which also met the task requirements.
