摘  要:对前舱综合测试系统的引信测试故障模式进行分析,根据分析结果研究相关故障诊断技术,依据测试系统和引信内部的特点,结合模块化的测试程序,按照引信测试操作流程抽取电路子网络,采用故障诊断中的子网络诊断法进行电路子网络的故障模式分析。考虑到抽取出来的电路子网络是引信PF3测试项目,故可使用设置少数采样点来表征电路信息,这样就可以分析电路信息来进行故障诊断。通过实例试验对诊断方法的实用性和有效性进行验证,为类似复杂电子系统的故障诊断尤其是引信电路故障诊断提供了新的方向。Based on the analysis of the fuze test failure mode of the front cabin integrated test system, the related fault diagnosis technology is studied, according to the characteristics of the test system and the fuze interior, combined with the modular test program, the circuit subnetwork is extracted according to the operation flow of fuze test, and the fault mode analysis of the circuit subnetwork is carried out by the fault diagnosis method of subnetwork. Since the extracted circuit subnetwork is the test item of PF3, we can set a few sampling points to represent the circuit information, so we can analyze the circuit information to diagnose the fault. The practicability and validity of the method are verified by an example, which provides a new direction for fault diagnosis of similar complex electronic system, especially for fuze circuit.
