摘 要:电池内阻检测是巡检管理系统的关键部分,仪器通常受到电池自身电动势变化以及工频噪音影响,误差较大。根据交流注入法及直流放电法的算法原理,提出一种新的高频放电法。使用NI DAQ采集卡以10 k速率对电池两端做电压数据采集,同时使用微控制器IO引脚高速切换负载对电池进行不同功率放电,最后采用Python进行编程对放电波形进行算法分析求解。实验结果表明,高频放电法可以准确标定放电瞬间的电池两端电压变化,在线检测的重复精度小于1%。The internal resistance detection is a key part of the battery inspection management system. The instrument is usually affected by the battery itself electromotive force change and power frequency noise. According to the algorithm principle of AC injection method and two DC discharge method, a new high-frequency discharge method is proposed. The NI DAQ acquisition card was used to perform acquisition of the voltage across the battery at the rate of 10 k. At the same time, the IO pin of the microcontroller was used to switch the load at high speed to discharge the battery at different powers. Finally, the Python was used to program and analyze the discharge waveform algorithm. The experimental results show that the high-frequency discharge method can accurately calibrate the voltage change across the battery at the moment of discharge, and the repeatability of online detection is less than 1%.
