强制阐释、公共阐释与中国阐释学的创造性建构

摘　　要：张江所致力建构的"中国阐释学"在时间上晚于海外华人学者的中国诠释学建构,但在理论建构的系统性、理论的说服力以及自我证成能力诸方面均有独到之处。张江的中国阐释学建构重回文本诠释学,从强制阐释到公共阐释再到中国阐释学的系统建构,分别讨论了中国语境下阐释学的命名、阐释的公共性与有效性、阐释的边界约束以及以阐释的客观性在有限性与无限性张力之间的正态分布等问题,并提出了"阐释π"这个原创性概念。张江将阐释视为人的存在和社会存在的基本方式,不仅强调阐释的认知功能——对客观性的文本意义的揭示,而且更加突出阐释的实践功效。他的中国阐释学建基在中国思想与文化传统之上,兼具哲学的认知理论和阐释的社会理论二个面向,实为理论创造性建构之可效仿之典范。Zhang Jiang’s "Chinese hermeneutics" comes later than the Chinese hermeneutics of overseas Chinese scholars, but it is unique in the systematicness of theoretical construction, the persuasive power of theory and the ability of self justification. Zhang Jiang’s construction of Chinese hermeneutics goes back to text hermeneutics, from compulsory interpretation to public interpretation, and then to the systematic construction of Chinese hermeneutics. This paper discusses the naming of hermeneutics in Chinese context, the publicity and effectiveness of interpretation, the boundary constraints of interpretation, and the normal distribution between the tension of finiteness and infinity with the objectivity of interpretation original concept. Zhang Jiang regarded interpretation as the basic way of human existence and social existence. He not only emphasized the cognitive function of interpretation, but also highlighted the practical effect of interpretation. His Chinese hermeneutics is based on Chinese thought and cultural tradition. It has two aspects: philosophical cognitive theory and interpretative social theory. It is a model that can be imitated for the creative construction of theory.
