天蓝苜蓿抗炎、镇痛作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究天蓝苜蓿的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法将40只小鼠采用随机数字表法分为空白对照组,阳性对照组,天蓝苜蓿高、中、低剂量组5组,每组8只,各组分别灌胃蒸馏水和相应药物。通过小鼠足肿胀试验、小鼠耳郭肿胀试验观察天蓝苜蓿的抗炎作用;通过小鼠醋酸扭体法观察天蓝苜蓿的镇痛作用。结果与空白对照组比较,阳性对照组,天蓝苜蓿高、中剂量组小鼠扭体次数明显减少,扭体潜伏期明显延长,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且3组作用均明显优于天蓝苜蓿低剂量组(P<0.05或P<0.01);与空白对照组比较,阳性对照组、天蓝苜蓿高剂量组足肿胀度、耳肿胀度均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天蓝苜蓿具有一定的抗炎、镇痛作用。Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Medicago Lupulina L. Methods Forty mice were divided into 5 groups according to random number table method,including blank control group,positive control group,Medicago Lupulina L. high,medium and low dose group,with 8 mice in each group,and each group was given intragastric administration of distilled water and corresponding drugs,respectively. The anti-inflammatory effect of Medicago Lupulina L.was observed by foot swelling test and auricular swelling test in mice.The analgesic effect of Medicago Lupulina L. was observed by acetic acid writhing in mice. Results Compared with the blank control group,in the positive control group,Medicago Lupulina L. high and medium dose group,the number of acetic acid writhing in mice significantly decreased,the writhing latent period significantly prolonged,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01),moreover,the effects of the 3 groups were significantly superior to those of Medicago Lupulina L. low dose group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared with the blank control group,in the positive control group and Medicago Lupulina L. high dose group,the swelling degree of foot and auricle were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medicago Lupulina L.has some effects for anti-inflammation and analgesia.
