摘 要:为了解吉林省规模化种鸡场沙门菌血清型、毒力基因及耐药性流行情况,2019年采集种鸡肛拭子、死胚、病死雏鸡等病料组织1024份,采用常规细菌分离鉴定方法和PCR方法鉴定得到148株沙门菌。采用Kauffmann-White法、PCR法、K-B药敏纸片法分别检测沙门菌血清型、毒力基因及耐药性。结果显示,分离的148株沙门菌属于11种血清型,以鸡白痢沙门菌(18.9%)、肠炎沙门菌(17.7%)和禽伤寒沙门菌(16.2%)为流行优势血清型;148株沙门菌毒力质粒基因spvA、spvB、spvC检出率在73.6%~83.1%之间,毒力岛基因mogA、sse L、mgtC的检测率在91.9%~96.6%之间;分离的148株沙门菌对阿莫西林、氨苄西林、新霉素等8种药物的耐药率为52.7%~97.8%,其他药物的耐药率为13.0%~21.6%。说明从规模化种鸡场分离的148株沙门菌血清型复杂、携带多种毒力基因,对常用药物产生很强的耐药性。The aim of study was to understand the prevalence of Salmonella serotypes,virulence genes and drug resistance in large-scale chicken farms in Jilin province,In this experiment,1024 samples of diseased tissues such as anal swabs,dead embryos and dead chickens in 2019 were collected and 148 Salmonella strains were isolated and identified by routine bacterial isolation and identification methods and PCR me-thods.The results showed that 148 strains of Salmonella belong to 11 serotypes.Salmonella pullorum(18.9%),Salmonella enteritidis(17.7%)and Salmonella typhiavium(16.2%)were the dominant serotypes.The detection rates of spvA,spvB and spvC of 148 strains of Salmonella were 73.6%to 83.1%,and the detection rates of mogA,sse L and mgtC 148 strains of Salmonella were 91.9%to 96.6%;the resi-stance rate of 148 Salmonella isolates to amoxicillin,ampicillin,neomycin and other 8 drugs ranged from 52.7%to 97.8%,and the resistance rate of other drugs ranged from 13.0%to 21.6%.The results showed that the serotypes of 148 strains of Salmonella isolated from large-scale chicken farms were complex,carrying a variety of virulence genes,and they had strong resistance to common drugs.
