摘 要:为调查阿克苏某香猪场隐孢子虫和十二指肠贾第虫的感染情况,采集该场44份香猪新鲜粪便,提取基因组DNA,采用PCR进行检测和种类鉴定。结果发现,香猪隐孢子虫感染率为20.5%(9/44),断奶前和断奶后仔猪感染率分别为22.2%(2/9)和25.0%(7/28),成年母猪未发现感染,鉴定出猪隐孢子虫(n=2)与种母猪隐孢子虫(n=7);未发现贾第虫感染。检测结果为新疆地区香猪养殖业的健康发展提供了基础资料。To understand the infection rate of Cryptosporidium and Giardia duodenalis in Xiang pig,a total of 44 fresh fecal samples were collected,DNA extracted,and screened for the presence of these parasites by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)in a Xiang pig farm of Aksu.The infection rate of Cryptosporidium was 20.5%(9/44),with 22.2%(2/9)and 25.0%(7/28)in pre-weaned and post-weaned pigs,respectively.No positive sample was found in sows.Two Cryptosporidium species were identified,including C.suis(n=2)and C.scrofarum(n=7).Meanwhile,no positive sample of G.duodenalis was found in all samples.These results of this study provided a basic data for the health development of Xiang pig industry in Xinjiang.
