摘  要:为探讨西藏黄花蒿内生真菌种类与种群分布情况,对采集于西藏曲水的黄花蒿样品,用表面消毒法对样品消毒后进行内生真菌分离,获得36株内生真菌。通过形态学和rDNA-ITS序列分析技术对所得菌株进行种属鉴定,并通过MEGA软件进行系统进化分析。结果表明,西藏地区黄花蒿内生真菌丰富,从其根、茎、叶和花组织中共分离到36株内生真菌,总相对分离频率为91.67%。其中链格孢菌属(Alternaria sp.)在黄花蒿植株内分离频率最高,为优势菌属。拟壳多孢属(Stagonosporopsis sp.)存在于根、茎和叶中,分布最广。研究结果丰富了黄花蒿内生真菌种群多样性,并为产青蒿素内生真菌筛选奠定了基础。In order to investigate the endophytic fungal species and population distribution of Artemisia annua L.in Tibet,the samples collected from Qushui of Tibet were sterilized with surface disinfection method and then endophytic fungi were isolated.The morphology and rDNA-ITS sequence analysis were used to identify the strains,and the MEGA software was used for phylogenetic analysis.The results showed that there were abundant endophytic fungi in the leaves of Artemisia annua L,and 36 strains were isolated from roots,stems,leaves and flower tissues.The total relative isolation frequency was 91.67%.Among them,Alternaria sp.has the highest frequency of isolation in the plants of Artemisia annua L,which is the dominant species of endophytic fungi.Stagonosporopsis sp.has the most widespread distribution in roots,stems and leaves.The results of this study can lay a foundation for the research of the production of artemisinin from Artemisia annua L.in Tibet.
