摘  要:为探讨玉屏风多糖脂质体对雏鸡肠黏膜相关淋巴组织形态结构的影响,将150只13日龄雏鸡随机分成5组,玉屏风多糖脂质体低、中、高剂量组(100、200、400 mg/kg)、玉屏风多糖组(200 mg/kg)和空白对照,在试验1 d^7 d和14 d^21 d喂食添加药物的日粮,空白对照组喂食普通日粮。每周称重,在试验第30天时,各组选取12只雏鸡处死并采集十二指肠、空肠、回肠及盲肠扁桃体,中性福尔马林固定,常规石蜡切片,HE染色,测量与计算小肠各段绒毛高度、绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值、小肠上皮与固有层淋巴细胞数量和盲肠扁桃体淋巴滤泡面积。结果显示,各组雏鸡体重无明显差异(P>0.05);与空白对照组相比,玉屏风多糖和玉屏风多糖脂质体各剂量组均显著或极显著增加小肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值、小肠上皮内和固有层淋巴细胞数量以及促进盲肠扁桃体淋巴细胞的成熟和增殖(P<0.05或P<0.01),且高剂量玉屏风多糖脂质体的效果更佳。说明玉屏风多糖脂质体能有效促进雏鸡肠黏膜相关淋巴组织的生长发育及免疫调节。In order to investigate the effect of Yupingfeng polysaccharides liposomes on intestinal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue of chicks,15013-day-old chicks were randomly divided into 5 groups:Yupingfeng polysaccharides liposomes low,middle and high dose groups(100,200,400 mg/kg),Yupingfeng polysaccharides group(200 mg/kg)and blank control.In experiment,Yupingfeng polysaccharides liposomes was fed with diets supplemented with drugs for 1-7 d and 14-21 d,while the blank control group was fed with normal diet.Weighing every week,on the 30th day of the experiment,12 chicks in each group were killed,and the duodenum,jejunum,ileum and cecal tonsil were collected,fixed with neutral formalin,routine paraffin section and cecal staining were made.The villus height of each segment of small intestine,the ratio of villus height to crypt depth,the number of lymphocytes in intestinal epithelium and lamina propria and the area of lymphoid follicles in cecum tonsil were measured and calculated.The results showed that there was no significant difference in body weight among the three groups(P>0.05).Compared with the blank control group,all dose groups of Yupingfeng polysaccharides and Yupingfeng polysaccharides liposomes significantly or very significantly increased the height of small intestinal villi,the ratio of villus height to crypt depth,the number of lymphocytes in intestinal epithelium and lamina propria,and promoted the maturation and proliferation of cecal tonsillar lymphocytes(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The effect of high dose Yupingfeng polysaccharides liposomes was better.The results showed that Yupingfeng polysaccharides liposomes could effectively promote the growth and development and immune regulation of intestinal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue in chicks.
