摘　　要：多杀性巴氏杆菌(Pm)是一种有荚膜的革兰阴性球杆状兼性厌氧菌,包括5个荚膜血清型,16个脂多糖血清型,属于多种动物上呼吸道共生微生物。Pm一般不引起疾病,但在动物营养不良和抵抗力下降时,它可以直接或间接的导致某些动物性疾病,如家禽的禽霍乱、猪的萎缩性鼻炎和牛的呼吸道疾病等。这些疾病的高发病率和死亡率严重影响畜牧业发展,同时人类也可通过和动物接触而感染致病,因此研究影响该菌毒力的因素进而研发出相关的疫苗十分重要。论文对Pm主要毒力因子的研究进展进行综合阐述,以期为多杀性巴氏杆菌相关疾病的防控提供参考。Pasteurella multocida(Pm)is a capsulated Gram-negative globular anaerobic bacterium,including 5 capsular serotypes,16 lipopolysaccharide serotypes,and which belongs to symbiotic microorganism in upper respiratory tracts of various animals.Pm generally do not cause disease,but when animal malnutrition and resistance decline,it could directly or indirectly cause certain animal diseases,such as fowl cholera in poultry,atrophic rhinitis in pigs,bovine respiratory disease,etc.The high morbidity and mortality of these diseases seriously affect the development of animal husbandry,and humans can also be infected by contacting with animals.Therefore,it is important to study the virulent factors of Pm for developing related vaccines.This paper comprehensively expounded the research progress of Pm main virulence factors,in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of Pasteurella multocida related diseases.
