摘　　要：已报道的寄生于犬肠道的毛滴虫有人五毛滴虫和胎儿三毛滴虫,其中大多数犬感染人五毛滴虫。近来发现,犬也可感染口腔毛滴虫。感染犬的毛滴虫中,人五毛滴虫和口腔毛滴虫是人常见的毛滴虫,而胎儿三毛滴虫主要感染牛、猫和猪,但近来有多例人感染胎儿三毛滴虫的病例报道,因此,这些毛滴虫虫种可能具有人兽共患传播潜力。但遗憾的是,迄今这些毛滴虫虫种对犬的致病性、在犬群中的流行与传播等均不明确。论文结合国内外相关进展,对上述犬源毛滴虫虫种的形态、生活史、致病性、流行病学与传播、诊断和防治等进行综述,以期为国内犬源毛滴虫及犬毛滴虫病的研究和防治等提供参考。The trichomonad species Pentatrichomonas hominis and Tritrichomonas fetus are identified in the feces of dogs,and P.hominis infection is reported more commonly than T.foetus infection in dogs with trichomonosis.Recently,Trichomonas tenax is also reported in dogs.P.hominis and T.tenax are common parasites in human.T.foetus is an obligate parasite of the cattle,pig and cats,but this parasite has been isolated from several human clinical cases.Therefore,these observations have highlighted the zoonotic potential of these trichomonads.Unfortunately,the pathogenicity,prevalence and transmission of these parasites in the canine population still remained poorly resolved.The review that summarizing recent progress in morphology,life cycle,pathogenesis,prevalence and transmission,diagnosis,and treatment of these trichomonads in dogs,may intend to serve as some references for the research in canine trichomonosis in China.
