摘 要:鸡传染性疾病的频繁暴发,不仅危害养禽业,某些高致病性病毒,如高致病性禽流感病毒还能感染人类,直接威胁到人类健康。针对病毒性疾病,从种源入手,加快家禽育种的步伐,培育出抗病新品种,才能从根本上解决问题。转基因技术的应用为提高育种效率提供了更快捷的手段。论文对转基因鸡的制备方法,如病毒载体法、生殖细胞基因修饰法、受体器官移植法进行综述,其次进行禽流感、传染性支气管炎等病毒病抗性转基因鸡研究现状的展示。Frequent outbreaks of infectious diseases in chickens not only harm the poultry industry,some highly pathogenic viruses,such as avian influenza virus(AIV)can also infect humans,directly threatening human health.In view of viral diseases,it is necessary to accelerate the pace of poultry breeding and develop new disease-resistant varieties from the provenance so as to fundamentally solve the problem.The application of transgenic technology just provides a faster way to improve the breeding efficiency.Firstly,the pre-paration methods of transgenic chickens,such as virus vector method,germ cell gene modification method and recipient organ transplantation method were reviewed in the paper;Secondly,the research status of transgenic chickens with resistance to avian influenza,infectious bronchitis(IB)and other virus diseases was demonstrated.Finally,the prospect of the subject is made to promote the application and development of disease resistant breeding in poultry.
