摘 要:油纸绝缘直流电场仿真计算依赖油、纸电导率参数,而油、纸电导率在各种因素影响下存在较大不确定性,且界面电荷的存在也会使直流电场分布规律变得更加复杂。因此,该文提出将静电场与界面电荷场叠加计算油纸绝缘直流电场分布的电荷分段映射叠加法。首先,从理论角度论证方法的可行性,提出采用电荷分段赋值线性叠加的方法解决电场空间非线性问题。然后,用Kerr效应法实测获得了不同交直流复合电压下纸板交叠结构模型油纸界面的电荷分布规律,基于实测界面电荷密度利用电荷分段映射叠加法计算得到了直流电场分布,电场计算值与实测值之间最大误差为4.3%。最后,对比恒定电流场与该方法的仿真结果,可知恒定电流场不能反映电荷极性效应引起的空间非对称特征,而该方法可以有效解决这一问题。The DC electric field simulation of oil-pressboard insulation depends on the conductivity parameters of oil and paper, which has great uncertainty under the influence of various factors, and the existence of interface charges will also make the DC electric field distribution more complex. A new method to calculate the DC electric field distribution of oil-pressboard insulation by superposition of electrostatic field and interface charge field, was presented in this paper. First, the feasibility of calculating the DC electric field distribution of oil paper insulation by electrostatic charge superposition method was demonstrated theoretically and the spatial nonlinear problem can be solved by segment assignment and linear superposition of electrostatic charge. Secondly, using Kerr effect method, the interface charge distribution of pressboard overlapping structure model under different AC-DC combined voltage was obtained. Based on the measured interface charge density, the DC electric field distribution was calculated by the electrostatic charge superposition method. The maximum error between the calculated value and the measured value is 4.3%. Finally, compared with the simulation results of the proposed method, it is found that the steady-state current field cannot reflect the spatial asymmetry characteristic caused by charge polarity effect, but the proposed method can effectively solve this problem.
