摘　　要：2016年10月我国提出全民共建共享"大健康",同年12月我国正式发布《中华人民共和国中医药法》,这是政府在新时期遵循中医药事业发展规律,履行社会伦理责任的表现。促进大健康建设,落实《中医药法》需加强中医药和传统文化的通识性教育、按照中医药特点及发展优势加强人才培养和完善评价体系、加强中医药科学研究等,这三部分的协调发展是更好发挥中医药法作用,实现全民大健康的必要保障。The strategy of"comprehensive health"constructed and shared by all people was known to the public in Oct 2016.Later in Dec this year,Law of the People’s Republic of China onTraditional Chinese Medicine was officially issued.This is the performance of the government in the new period to follow the development law of Chinese medicine and fulfill its social ethical responsibilities.Three suggestions are provided to promote comprehensive health by implementing the law.Firstly,traditional culture and traditional Chinese medicine culture should be fostered among the general population.Secondly,TCM education should be strengthened and TCM human resources should be assessed according to its own law and requirements.Finally,TCM research should be deepened and participated by multiple disciplines.By doing this,TCM can be better developed and the goal of comprehensive health will be realized earlier.
